Enjoying 2011 Easter Sunday at the Red Sky Café

Red Sky Cafe 2011 Easter BrunchRed Sky Café hopes that everyone had a great Easter Sunday! The 2011 Easter brunch we hosted was absolutely fantastic: it was packed with eager families coming in from a wonderful church morning. And of course we did not want to disappoint their hungry appetites! The buffet we set up astounded everyone and we all had a, amazing time.

We had so many people making plans for our Sunday brunch that we had to find extra space just to accommodate everyone! And even then, people were waiting outside for their turn to taste the delicious dishes our busy chefs were making.

And what did we cook up for this amazing 2011 Easter brunch, you ask? Prepare yourself for a mouth-watering menu. I hope you didn’t miss out on any of this!

  • Red Sky Eggs Benedict was a definite must-try. They were eaten up within minutes and our chefs were bustling to keep them coming.
  • Red Sky Cafe 2011 Easter BrunchSpinach Egg Fitatta loaded with potatoes & Smithfield sausage: it’s part of a Easter tradition that we could not do without.
  • Baked French Toast Casserole with maple syrup: the perfect breakfast item for those just waking up.
  • Crab stuffed Flounder: one of our great seafood dishes baked to just the right crispiness.
  • Carolina Shrimp and Grits: of course we would add one of our most famous and delicious dishes to the buffet!
  • Corn Meal encrusted Oyster: a definite delight for all the seafood lovers.
  • She Crab Soup: Another seafood heavenly meal for those that love a hot and creamy-smooth meal.
  • Mashed Potatoes and Brocolli casserole: great side dishes with a ton of flavor.
  • Red Sky Cafe 2011 Easter BrunchAn amazing platter of seared rare tuna, seaweed salad, hard-boiled eggs, and many other delicious treats were a huge hit and almost gone instantly!
  • Dessert buffet: delicious fresh fruits including strawberries, cantaloupe, honeydew, mangos, and pineapple. And of course we added delicate pastries like lemon meringue, strawberry short cake, chocolate mouse, short bread, vanilla cupcakes, and a ton of other great desserts!
