Scrumptious Wedding Catering At The Whalehead Club in Corolla NC

This video was shot at the Whalehead Club in Corolla, NC during a wedding reception catering engagement. The reception was a huge success! Everyone loved the food prepared by Chef Wes and the rest of the Red Sky Cafe staff.

The reception started off with appetizers and cocktails. Bacon wrapped scallops and brie and mushroom empanadas made the rounds, and a fruit and baked brie  service was also setup so that guests could help themselves. And of course, the fruit and brie was decorated with several of the beautiful fruit carvings the Red Sky Cafe catering is known for.

Dinner started with a mixed salad, followed by one of several entrees, depending on whether the guest wanted chicken, fish, or steak. each entree was accompanied by it’s own selection of sides that were picked to perfectly compliment it. Everyone was impressed by the presentation and the food tasted even better than it looked.

And after dinner, the Red Sky Cafe presented a dessert bar consisting of lemon bars, bite sized cheesecake and as an extra special treat, hand dipped chocolate covered strawberries made right at the Red Sky Cafe. As you may imagine, they didn’t last long!

At the end of the night, everyone was definitely full and happy. The food was excellent and the Red Sky Cafe exemplified what a professional and quality catering service they provide. Over 100 people were fed and it all happened smoothly and quickly. There was no rushing or harrying involved. The Red Sky staff operated like a well oiled machine, and everything proceeded perfectly according to plan.
