Cooking Outer Banks Seafood W/ Chef Wes Stepp – Rockfish

On the first of a new series of videos, Chef Wes prepares a beautiful Rockfish (striped sea bass) on a Sundried Tomato Pesto Marinade with fresh Lump Crab Meat. To top it off, a generous portion of herbed goat cheese melts on top of the flavorful seafood.

We’re in the middle of service at the Red Sky Cafe, and Chef Wes Stepp goes over how simple and easy it is to incorporate a delicious seafood dish into your Thanksgiving dinner – or any traditional Holiday meal.

The dish came out absolutely delicious – the herbed goat cheese and the pine nuts added freshness and smokiness to the delicately flavored seafood. Just one of the many favorites at Red Sky.
