Chef Wes Stepp just finished shooting for the TV show Weekend Fisherman.  Thirteen years and still going strong, Weekend Fisherman is hosted by charter boat captain Herb Gordon and is well known on the Outer Banks.  Red Sky Café’s Outer Banks wedding caterer was thrilled to join Herb and camera Tony to cook up a fabulous meal using local ingredients.

Chef Wes made a return appearance on captain Herb’s Weekend Fisherman and once again presented a mouthwatering meal.  Using only fresh Currituck vegetables, Chef Wes seared butterflied Waho steak and served it on Summer Steak tomatoes.  A delicious cucumber crème fresh provided a tantalizing highlight for this perfect Outer Banks summertime meal.
